Ho​w do I know how many feet of Garland to order?

Our grab-n-go garlands are 6' and can be made longer by attaching them together, A 6' ​garland is great for framing a table, adding a touch of color, and is lightweight and very ​easy to hang.

12' is perfect for framing a backdrop across the top and down one side, or adding to a 6' ​garland to make it super full. It's up to you!

If​ I pick up, will they fit in my car?

Most displays can fit comfortably in most SUVs when the seats are laid down and there ​are no passengers.

To transport two or more garlands or multiple items, you'll need an SUV, minivan, or a ​larger vehicle.

Who sets up the balloons?​

All balloon installations are carried out by professionals.

Grab-n-Go balloons are conveniently bagged and prepared for customers to create at ​their leisure.

What do I do with the balloons when my event is done?​

For balloons that need a stand—like arches, circles, frames, ect. Whimsypop Creations ​will return at a pre-arranged time to take down the stand, pop the balloons, and dispose ​of them responsibly. This service comes at no additional charge.

For balloon arrangements that do not require a stand, you will be responsible for their ​removal and proper disposal.

If you would like us to take down your balloons, this service is location-dependent, ​typically costing $30 plus a delivery fee, and must be requested at the time of booking.

Ca​n I get a refund?

WhimsyPop Creations is not liable for inclement weather or any circumstances that may ​lead to the cancellation or postponement of your event.

Due to the single-use nature of our balloons and supplies, all orders are non-refundable.

EXCEPTION: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to our own error, we will inform ​you promptly and issue a full refund.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for popped balloons or any damage that ​occurs after pick-up or delivery.

Wh​at does Grab and Go delivery Include:

Grab-n-go balloons are like party magic in a bag—delivered all puffed up and ready to ​roll! Just a heads-up: these beauties won’t be un-bagged, hung, or arranged. This is for ​you to create your own magic without the work of blowing up or assembling all the ​balloons together. For all the details, check out our grab-n-go page!

Pa​yment - How does this work?

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal.

Grab and Go Garland: Payment is required on the day of booking.

Balloon Installations:

• For bookings made more than two weeks in advance, a 50% non-refundable deposit ​is required at the time of booking. Your date will not be secured until the deposit is ​received. In the event of cancellation, you have the option to re-book or obtain a 25% ​refund of your original deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 ​hours before the event, and a reminder will be sent one week prior to the event date.
• For balloon installations scheduled less than two weeks in advance, full payment is ​needed at the time of booking.

In certain circumstances, business checks, purchase orders, or Net30 terms may be ​accepted. Please reach out for prior approval.

Can I Pick up Myself?

Certainly! When making a reservation, please inform me if you would like to choose a ​pickup option. Additionally, we have a Grab and Go page that provides further details on ​this.

Ho​w long do the balloons last?

WhimsyPop Creations utilizes professional quality balloons and materials to guarantee ​vibrant colors and durability in our designs.

Indoor Balloons: Latex and foil displays are designed to maintain their fresh appearance ​for approximately one week, with many lasting even longer.

Outdoor Balloons: These balloons can be unpredictable when exposed to outdoor ​conditions. We cannot guarantee their longevity, as factors like heat, cold, and wind ​significantly impact their performance.

Please note that we are not liable for any popped or damaged balloons following ​delivery or pickup.

How can I prepare?

Please ensure you arrive on time. If you are hosting at a venue, be sure to familiarize ​yourself with their rules, policies, and any restrictions they may have in place.
